Job Description

Under the direction of the Imaging Director or lead and medical direction of the
radiologists, performs all phases of radiologic procedures including Emergency
Room trauma, fluoroscopy, portable and surgical application of ionizing
radiation.

Required Qualifications

* Coursework/Training: Completion of an accredited radiologic training
program., Or equivalent education/experience
* Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist 
* Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 
* Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic
Technologists 
* 6 months of X-ray tech experience or completion of PSMMC Imaging Clinical
Rotation.

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's Degree in Medical Imaging or Radiologic Science, Or
* Bachelor's Degree in Medical Imaging or Radiologic Science

position.  The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this
position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other

compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials,

Key Responsibilities

Perform all phases of radiologic procedures, including ER trauma, fluoroscopy, and surgical applications of ionizing radiation. Work under the direction of the Imaging Director and radiologists to provide patient-focused care.

Requirements

Requires completion of an accredited radiologic training program, ARRT certification, and Washington state licensure. Candidates must have BLS certification and at least 6 months of X-ray experience or completion of a specific clinical rotation.
