Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, dispense, and manage medication therapies for home infusion and specialty pharmacy patients.

• Conduct thorough medication therapy management and clinical reviews for all patients.

• Provide drug information and education to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.

• Active Florida Pharmacist license in good standing.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in home infusion, specialty pharmacy, or a related field.

• Strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency in electronic health records and pharmacy software.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $115K - $130K
