General Summary
Leads the work of front office personnel by training, allocating and monitoring of work. Provides oversight to front office staff and serves as content expert.

Requirements
A High School Diploma or GED is required, though post-secondary training or an Associate's Degree is preferred, along with a minimum of two years of previous physician office experience. Candidates must have medical terminology knowledge upon hire and strong interpersonal and office operations skills.
