Key Responsibilities

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide medication management for patients across the lifespan. They will collaborate with an integrated care team to support whole-person health outcomes while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active Arizona APRN/PMHNP license, PMHNP certification, and a valid DEA certificate. A minimum of one to five years of clinical experience is preferred, along with proficiency in electronic medical record documentation.
