About the Role

As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you’ll help children from infancy through adolescence improve movement, strength, coordination, balance, endurance, and independence through engaging, play-based therapy.

You’ll evaluate each child’s unique strengths and challenges while creating individualized treatment plans that help them achieve meaningful functional goals.

Whether you’re helping a toddler take their first independent steps, supporting a child with cerebral palsy, or guiding an athlete through recovery, your work will have a lasting impact on children and their families.

• What You’ll Do
• Complete comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child’s unique needs
• Provide engaging, play-based therapy sessions
• Improve strength, balance, coordination, endurance, posture, gait, and motor development

Treat a Variety of Pediatric Diagnoses Including

• Developmental delays
• Cerebral palsy
• Down syndrome
• Torticollis
• Plagiocephaly
• Genetic disorders
• Neuromuscular conditions
• Orthopedic conditions
• Gait abnormalities
• Muscle weakness
• Post-surgical rehabilitation

Educate Caregivers to Maximize Carryover at Home

• Recommend adaptive equipment, orthotics, positioning devices, and home modifications when appropriate
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as children grow
• Complete timely documentation using our EMR system
