Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence for geriatric patients. Deliver hands-on interventions and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
Requirements
Must be a graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program and hold an active state PT license. Candidates should possess a passion for geriatric care and strong interpersonal skills.
