Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Technician manages the daily facility milieu, ensuring client safety and maintaining a therapeutic environment. They provide direct support to clients, document clinical interactions, and collaborate with the treatment team to facilitate care and crisis intervention.

Requirements

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience working with clients with mental health issues. A valid driver's license is preferred, and the ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and CPI certifications is required.
