Plans, directs, and implements processes to achieve operational efficiency, cost effectiveness, and delivery of high-quality patient-centered care.
This position offers weekends off, day shifts only. Work with UNLV Medicine in Nevada.
The Clinic Administrator oversees the daily operations, financial performance, and quality initiatives of the internal medicine practice site. They lead clinical and administrative staff while collaborating with leadership to ensure high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.
Candidates must have at least five years of healthcare management experience and a bachelor's degree, with a master's degree preferred. A CPPM certification is required within the first 12 months of employment if not already held.
