Job Details: Job Location: Impact Health - CT - Orange, CT, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $250000.00 - $310000.00Base+Commission/month, Travel Percentage: Road Warrior, Location: Connecticut & Surrounding States Earning Potential: $250,000-$310,000 per year Flexible Scheduling. No on-call, weekends, or holidays. Workdays are scheduled Monday–Friday during normal business hours.

Position Summary As a full-time Psychiatrist with Impact Health PC, you will provide psychiatric consultation, evaluation, and treatment services to residents within skilled nursing facilities across Connecticut and surrounding states. You will collaborate with our behavioral health and medical teams, provide clinical consultation to psychiatric APRNs, and conduct specialized psychiatric evaluations as needed. You will have the flexibility to organize your schedule around your assigned facilities during normal business hours.

Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment services. Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Collaborate with psychiatric APRNs, LCSWs, psychologists, medical providers, and facility staff. Provide psychiatric consultation and clinical guidance to members of the behavioral health team. Conduct PEC and PC370 evaluations as needed, where applicable. Coordinate patient care with the medical team and interdisciplinary facility staff. Complete accurate clinical documentation within 24 hours of each encounter. Maintain compliance with applicable state regulations and facility requirements. Board certification in Psychiatry. Experience providing psychiatric care to adults and older adults. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, treatment, and communication skills. Ability to practice independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical team. Experience in skilled nursing facilities, geriatric psychiatry, or long-term care settings preferred.
