Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Technician provides essential basic care and maintains the safety and security of patients within the adolescent psych unit. They are responsible for conducting trained observations, reporting findings to the clinical team, and assisting with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Requirements

Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, with an Associate’s Degree preferred. The role requires 1-3 years of relevant healthcare or mental health experience and basic computer skills.
