Key Responsibilities

The main mission is to provide quality service to clients regarding personal care, facial and body treatments, and massages, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations to achieve excellence in satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing spa operations, recommending services, performing treatments according to standards, promoting services and products, and advising clients on the spa circuit.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Higher Level Vocational Training degree in Integral Aesthetics and Wellness, along with specific training as a masseuse, and must have advanced proficiency in Spanish and English. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role at 4 or 5-star hotels or SPAs/Wellness centers is required.
