Job Description

UVA Community Health-Gynecologic Oncologist Opportunity
Prince William & Haymarket | Northern Virginia

In partnership with the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the
University of Virginia (UVA), UVA Community Health is seeking a Gynecologic
Oncologist to join our expanding program at UVA Health Prince William Medical
Center and UVA Health Haymarket Medical Center. This role provides the
opportunity to open a new practice with a unique blend of OR time, outpatient
clinic responsibilities, and collaborative, multidisciplinary patient care in
the vibrant Northern Virginia community! Our system offers significant
infrastructure and a collaborative atmosphere that will support the candidate's
professional pursuits, including clinical care, research, education, quality
improvement, and administration. 

Position Information

* Provide comprehensive care for women with gynecologic cancers.
* Perform complex procedures with the support of a well-equipped facility,
focused on constant improvement and advancement.
* Conduct outpatient clinic with Dedicated Navigator.

Additional Considerations

* Program is expanding to meet the needs of a growing, diverse community. 
* Team additions will include APP(s) and PharmD to ensure optimized delivery of
care.
* Participation in academic and research opportunities.

Qualifications

* Board-certified/board-eligible in Gynecologic Oncology.
* Eligible for Medical licensure in Virginia.

The base compensation range for this role is $477,570 - $687,220 for a 1.0
clinical FTE status.

Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected
candidate’s qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training,
credentials, and/or education. Please note that the pay range does not include
any applicable incentive compensation programs, such as productivity, quality,
non-productivity, or other incentives that may be available for eligible
positions.
