As a physical therapist for Dove Healthcare, you will plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct physical therapy, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules regulations, and guidelines that govern a skilled nursing facility participate in discharge planning, development and implementation of patient care plans, patient assessments, etc. as necessary maintain treatment records, patient files, and progress notes as required participate in the development and implementation of patient assessments and care plans, including quarterly reviews collaborate and supervise PTAs

Required Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

The physical therapist will plan, implement, and evaluate physical therapy programs in accordance with skilled nursing facility regulations. They are also responsible for collaborating with and supervising physical therapist assistants while maintaining accurate patient records and care plans.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a doctorate, master's, or bachelor's degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution. A current physical therapist license in the State of Wisconsin is required.
