Key Responsibilities

Duties also include assisting with referrals, authorizations, and general clerical tasks like filing and scanning documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, or two or more years of related experience, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access) and experience as a patient representative. Strong interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, knowledge of medical terms, and bilingual capability are required.
