The therapist will provide individualized therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and case management for referred students based on clinical assessments and treatment plans. Responsibilities also include engaging caregivers, providing crisis intervention, and consulting with school staff on safety and mental health issues.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a relevant field like social work or counseling and be registered or eligible for registration with the California BBS, while being at least 21 years old. Experience working with youth in mental health or educational settings is strongly preferred, along with reliable transportation and necessary clearances.
