OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist provides and directs all aspects of quality patient care, including evaluation, treatment planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation according to guidelines and professional standards. This role also involves serving as a patient and rehabilitation advocate and participating in quality assurance activities.

Licensure & Certifications

Candidates must be graduates of an approved Occupational Therapy curriculum with current, active licensure and working knowledge of Medicare and other payor sources. Experience in long-term care is preferred, and exceptional communication, customer service, and empathy skills are required.
