Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Technician monitors and supervises clients to ensure safety while assisting in the implementation of treatment plans. They also facilitate therapeutic sessions and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in a behavioral health setting. A CPR/First Aid certification is required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work in high-stress environments.
