About the Role

Join Commonwealth Medical Services as a Hospitalist Physician – Oregon in Grants Pass, Oregon, United States.

Key Responsibilities

Admit, evaluate, diagnose, and manage hospitalized patients with acute and chronic medical conditions.

Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management and diagnostic evaluation.

Coordinate patient care with consulting specialists, nursing staff, case management, and ancillary services.

Participate in daily multidisciplinary rounds to optimize patient outcomes and discharge planning.

Requirements
