Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing direct patient care, including evaluating patients, performing physical exams, and managing treatment plans within an epilepsy neurology practice. They also assist faculty with outpatient operations, handle medication renewals, and coordinate care with other healthcare providers.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s of Science Degree in Nursing and possess a valid NYS Registered Nurse Practitioner license. Approximately 2 or more years of clinical experience in a physician practice or hospital setting is required, along with current BLS and DEA certifications.
