Join Advantmed as a Field Nurse Practitioner – In-Home Assessments, $100/Visit in Yakima, Washington, United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • In-home Clinical Assessments Travel to members’ homes and conduct comprehensive health evaluations Conduct Annual Wellness Visits and health assessments for members with chronic conditions.
