The Home Health Liaison will be responsible for expanding business opportunities within our ACO Physician Offices within the Nassau and Suffolk Counties.

Responsibilities

Responsible for generating Medicare referrals for home health by building relationships with office managers and key decision-makers. Conducting market analyses, developing sales strategy, goals and plans, conducting sales calls, and evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity.

Qualifications Qualifications

A minimum of three years of recent healthcare marketing/sales experience is required, previous home health sales experience preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical. Clinical background is a plus.

Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan. Excellent oral/written, communication and interpersonal skills. This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, results-driven, and able to develop and build strong, lasting relationships.

The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community. Computer Skills and basic knowledge of iOS operating system.
