Key Responsibilities
The RN Care Navigator will coordinate patient care within the Advanced GI Outpatient Clinic to ensure access to quality healthcare. The role involves managing patient needs and collaborating with the healthcare team to support healthier patient outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse license in Oklahoma or a compact state and possess at least 4 years of recent clinical experience. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required to operate a vehicle for clinic-related duties.
