Key Responsibilities
Oversee and mentor a clinical community team while delivering primary, urgent, and acute medical care to a geriatric patient population. Build and maintain strategic relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community physicians to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
Requires an MD or DO degree with a valid state medical license and at least 5 years of experience in both geriatric care and interdisciplinary team management. Must have 3+ years of P&L management experience and a valid driver's license with a vehicle.
