Key Responsibilities
Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients in their homes. Supervise physical therapy assistants and students while maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress and care effectiveness.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree or certificate from an accredited Physical Therapy program and current Ohio state licensure. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and current BLS certification.
