The primary role involves providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients, primarily children aged 3-17, implementing individualized treatment plans, and teaching essential life skills. Responsibilities also include collecting and analyzing progress data, maintaining accurate session notes, and collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, though a Bachelor's degree is preferred, and prior experience working with children is a plus but not mandatory. Candidates must have at least 15 hours of weekly availability between 1 p.m. and 8 p.m., possess a reliable vehicle, driver's license, insurance, and be willing to drive up to 25 miles.
