Key Responsibilities

Provides skilled speech-language pathology services to patients with communication, cognitive, voice, feeding, or swallowing disorders. Develops individualized plans of care and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and transitions.

Requirements

Requires a Master's degree in speech pathology and a current Indiana state license. Must hold or be eligible for a Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA and possess Basic Life Support certification.
