Key Responsibilities
The Speech Pathologist provides direct, home-based therapy and consultative services to patients, primarily children from birth to three through the First Steps program, utilizing evidence-based practices for speech, language, and feeding/swallowing development. This role involves completing developmental assessments and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to adhere to the Individualized Family Service Plan.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in speech pathology (or an educationally equivalent foreign degree accepted by Indiana PLA) and hold current licensure in the state of Indiana. Required credentials include ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (or eligibility) and Basic Life Support certification, with 0-3 years of relevant experience.
