Behavioral Health Therapist (52800)

Key Responsibilities

The therapist provides comprehensive mental health and substance abuse assessments, counseling, and psychotherapeutic services to youth in community, school, and home settings. They are responsible for developing strength-based treatment plans and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a master's degree in a relevant field and possess two to three years of experience in mental health or substance abuse treatment. Professional licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT, or certification as a CAP/MCAP, is strongly preferred.
