Key Responsibilities
The therapist will conduct psychological assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and monitor client progress throughout the treatment process.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field and possess a valid independent state license. Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling is required, with preference given to those with PHP/IOP and group facilitation experience.
