Job Description
The patient services representative will serve as the main point of contact for all patients. This position will interact with all patients as they enter, leave, or request assistance within any of our facilities. The patient services representative will exemplify customer service while ensuring each patient interaction is handled with care.

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients entering, leaving, or requesting assistance within the facility. Ensure all patient interactions are handled with care and high-quality customer service.
Requirements
A high school diploma or GED is required, with an associate's degree preferred. Experience ranges from 0-6 months required to 1-2 years preferred.
