Benefits & Compensation
- Salary Range: $ 137,239 and $161,457 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
- Based Incentives: Annual bonus based on organizational goals and quality metrics
- Generous Employer Retirement Contributions: Upon eligibility, WPMG will contribute 11% of your base salary to your 401(K), with additional employee contributions being optional
