Sutter East Bay Medical Group (SEBMG) is seeking a Board Eligible or Board-Certified Urgent Care Physician. All applicants must be Board Certified or Board eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine. Onsite digital imaging and full laboratory. Will likely rotate to multiple urgent care locations as needed. No overnight shifts

Organization Details

Founded in 2005, Sutter East Bay Medical Group (SEBMG) is a rapidly growing multi-specialty medical group whose physicians and advanced practice clinicians work in more than ten care centers and four hospitals in the San Francisco East Bay Area. Sutter East Bay Medical Group is affiliated with the Sutter East Bay Medical Foundation (SEBMF), a not-for-profit health care organization providing operational and administrative support to our medical group. The foundation provides the latest technology and clinical support, allowing clinicians to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. SEBMG includes 400+ clinicians in more than twenty specialties and is dedicated to providing exemplary health care to the communities we serve.

Community Information

Antioch is situated along the banks of the San Joaquin River in Northern California. Antioch is approximately 36 miles northeast of San Francisco. Antioch has a rich history dating back to the mid-19th century when it was founded as a coal mining town. Over the years, it has evolved into a diverse suburban community with a mix of residential, commercial, and industrial areas.

Antioch's economy has historically been tied to agriculture and mining, but it has diversified over the years. Antioch is served by the Antioch Unified School District, which includes several elementary, middle, and high schools. The city offers various parks and recreational facilities for residents and visitors. The Contra Loma Regional Park is a popular destination, providing opportunities for hiking, fishing, and picnicking. Prewett Family Park is a large community park with sports fields, playgrounds, and open spaces. Black Diamond Mines Regional Preserve provides hiking trails and historical mining sites. Antioch is accessible by major highways, including Highway Public transportation options include buses and the Antioch-Pittsburg BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) extension, connecting the city to other parts of the Bay Area. Antioch hosts a variety of community events and festivals throughout the year, bringing residents together for celebrations and entertainment. The city has a range of commercial establishments, shopping centers, and services to meet the needs of its residents.
