Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) PRN, Inpatient Rehab

Key Responsibilities

The Speech-Language Pathologist evaluates and treats patients for swallowing, speech-language, and therapy needs, performing and documenting initial and ongoing assessments. This role involves designing and implementing appropriate plans of care, educating patients and families, planning discharges, and supervising clinical personnel.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology and hold current licensure with the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology, along with obtaining Basic Life Support certification within 60 days of hire. The position requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to function effectively with minimal supervision in potentially stressful environments.
