Key Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnose mental health and behavioral health conditions using validated screening tools and clinical evaluation.

• Provide brief, evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to kidney care (e. g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy).

• Develop and document individualized care plans aligned with clinical need and patient goals; review care plans collaboratively with nephrology and other care team members.

• Facilitate in-clinic or external referrals to appropriate evidence-based psychosocial services when clinically indicated (e. g., grief support, psychiatric providers, medication-assisted treatment).

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: Salary Range: $73,500 - $112,500

• Signing bonus offered.
