About the Role
Join Easterseals PORT Health as a Child Placement Therapist in United States. At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a compassionate and mission‑driven Child Placement Therapist to provide clinical services to youth in therapeutic foster care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide weekly individual and family therapy, including reunification work, in home‑ or community‑based settings.
- Deliver crisis intervention services to stabilize placements and support youth and caregivers.
- Complete and update Comprehensive Clinical Assessments annually and as required at placement.
- Facilitate Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings and participate in multidisciplinary staffing and supervision.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a human services field from an accredited institution
- Active or provisional LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT or LCAS
- Note: If you do not have an active or provisional license, you must have a Master of Social Work and be willing to take the appropriate steps (with support) to submit an application for an LCSW
