Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy every other weekend off, alternating between three- and four-day weekends. We’re closed on Sundays and holidays and do not take after-hours calls or emergencies. The average work week consists of 35 ½ hours. Take these long weekends to unwind, explore, relax with friends and family, or even drive to the Keys or Orlando without using PTO.

Quality Client Interaction: 30-minute well-patient blocks, with 45-60 minutes for sick patient cases, so you’ll have time to connect with clients and ensure thoughtful, thorough care.

Professional Autonomy and Team Collaboration: You’ll have freedom in your practice style, plus a private office with your own desk, phone, and computer to make collaboration easy and comfortable.

Dedicated Support Team: Work daily with your personally assigned veterinary technician and customer service representative, ensuring smooth, efficient workflows and giving you time to focus on patient care.

A Culture that Values Work-Life Balance: We’re committed to leaving on time, with one hour for lunch and a daily 30-minute catch-up block to wrap up records and calls.

Advanced Equipment for Excellent Care: We’re equipped with Idexx in-house labs, in-house ultrasound, digital radiology (including dental), CO2 laser, Bionet BM7 Anesthesia monitors with Capnography, paperless practice management software, AI Scribe (Happy Doc) to help quickly and thoroughly complete your charts, and more to support your best work.
