Key Responsibilities
The Associate Healthcare Director assists in leading health and wellness activities, managing the resident care department, and ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. They also oversee medication management, conduct resident evaluations, and provide training and coaching to the resident care team.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current, valid, and unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of South Carolina. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in nursing, preferably with geriatric or dementia care, and current CPR certification are required.
