About the Role
Join Gillette Children's as a Respiratory Therapist – Casual, Shift Differentials in [object Object]. We are hiring for a Casual Respiratory Therapist to join our Respiratory Services team! This is a casual position.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts thorough respiratory system assessments.
- Contributes to a collaborative plan of care for patients receiving respiratory therapies.
- Successfully implements respiratory therapies.
- Evaluates and documents respiratory therapy outcomes. Active Engagement: Active participation in the respiratory department and in the interdisciplinary work of the departments at Gillette.
Requirements
- Graduate of Respiratory Care education program and certified through NBRC as CRT.
- Registered through NBRC as RRT. Beginning 2019, new Graduates must be registered through NBRC within 6 months of hire date.
- Must be licensed with the state of MN
- Current American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification or must be obtained within 3 months of hire. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
