Key Responsibilities

• maintain an active clinical practice within house calls and/or the GUIDE program

• participate in the house calls practice on

• call rotation

• hold primary clinical authority of the house call practice and Medicare GUIDE programs

Requirements

• North Carolina medical license

• Board Certification, relevant speciality (internal medicine, family medicine, geriatrics, etc.)

• 5+ years related clinical experience

• Salary: $240K - $270K
