Position: Respiratory Therapist
Shift: Night shift, with rotating weekend commitment
Experience
Graduate and minimum of 600 hours of clinical experience in a CoARC accredited Respiratory Care Program.
Education
1. Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
2. Completion of CEU requirements in accordance with licensure standards.
Licensures/Certifications
1. Registry eligible or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required.
2. PA state licensure or temporary permit required.
3. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
Key Responsibilities
The Respiratory Therapist will assess patients and facilitate care through diagnostic modalities and pulmonary disease prevention. They will also apply invasive and noninvasive therapeutic modalities to provide high-quality respiratory care.
Requirements
Candidates must have an associate degree and a minimum of 600 hours of clinical experience in a CoARC accredited program. Licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or registry eligibility, PA state licensure, and BLS certification are required.
