Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
This position is carried out under the direction and supervision of the Executive/Regional Director and plays a critical role in enhancing patients' overall health, comfort, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care to patients within their homes based on physician orders and individualized care plans. Work under the supervision of the Executive/Regional Director to improve patient health and quality of life.
Requirements
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with the ability to provide compassionate care in a home health setting. Ability to follow physician orders and manage individualized care plans is required.
