Key Responsibilities

• Geriatric Behavioral Health Care.

• Provide individual therapy and supportive counseling to geriatric patients (primarily Medicare population).

• Address common conditions such as depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, grief, cognitive decline, and chronic illness-related behavioral health concerns.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and behavioral health assessments.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted license (required).

• Experience working with geriatric or medically complex populations strongly preferred.

• Knowledge of Medicare documentation standards and medical necessity criteria preferred.

• Experience in home-based, community-based, or integrated care settings a plus.
