Requirements

Preferred Bachelor's Degree BS Pharmacy Degree from an ACPE

accredited School of Pharmacy

Required Experience 1 to 3 Years experience as a hospital Pharmacist or Pharmacy residency (PGY1)

Preferred Licenses and Certifications Pharmacy\RPH
