The Therapist II is responsible for independent treatment and level of care decisions, including complete patient assessments, planning therapeutic interventions, and coordinating the treatment process through discharge planning. This role also involves guiding team members through teaching and relationship building, and upholding organizational mission, vision, and values.
Candidates must possess a Graduate Degree, specifically a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, along with 2 years of relevant experience. Required licensure includes LPC, LCSW, Clinic Psychologist, or LMFT, plus obtaining Nonviolent Crisis Intervention and BLS certifications within three months of hire.
