Key Responsibilities

The Therapist I provides comprehensive patient assessments, develops therapeutic intervention plans, and coordinates treatment and discharge processes. They also collaborate with team members to provide age-appropriate care while upholding the organization's mission and values.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field and possess the appropriate state licensure as a supervisee or resident. One year of experience is preferred, and the role requires the ability to perform medium to heavy physical tasks.
