Nurse Practitioner or PA for HRT TRT Medical Weight Loss

Key Responsibilities

The provider will conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, interpret laboratory results, and develop individualized treatment plans for hormone therapy and medical weight management. They are responsible for monitoring patient progress, prescribing appropriate treatments, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation while collaborating with the clinical team.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with active, unrestricted Pennsylvania credentials and national certification. Hands-on experience in prescribing and managing HRT/TRT is required, along with strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills.
