Physical Therapist (Outpatient) - 32 hours/week, day shift

Key Responsibilities

The physical therapist evaluates patient mobility and develops goal-directed treatment plans to promote independence in daily tasks. They collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide patient-centered care and perform ongoing reassessments of patient progress.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and possess a current Massachusetts Physical Therapy license. A current BCLS certification and strong interpersonal communication skills are also required for this position.
