We provide pharmaceutical services to individuals living in the community, residents in long-term care, retirement homes, and continuing care facilities.
This position offers weekends off, day shifts only. Work with Medical Arts Pharmacy in Cornwall, Ontario.
The Pharmacist will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including counseling patients on medications and partnering with healthcare professionals to monitor drug effectiveness and usage. They will also offer guidance on common medical conditions and collaborate with staff to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.
Candidates must possess a Degree in Pharmacy and hold a current, good-standing license with the Ontario College of Pharmacists. A minimum of one year of full-time pharmacist experience in Ontario is preferred, along with strong English communication skills.
