Join Crescent Hospice as a Hospice Social Worker – No Weekends, M-F in Conway, SC, US. Are you a dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who believes compassionate care can change lives? At Crescent Hospice, we’re looking for a patient-centered professional to join our team.

Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities
The social worker will provide compassionate counseling and emotional support to hospice patients and their families while assessing psychosocial needs. They will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master of Social Work degree and possess a valid social work license. A minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting is required, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
