Key Responsibilities
The IOP Therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy to patients while managing treatment plans and discharge coordination. They also handle insurance authorizations and maintain clinical documentation in accordance with hospital standards.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling and possess an independent license (LPC or LCSW). A minimum of one year of experience in mental health or healthcare is required, along with BLS and Handle with Care certifications.
